What is Drinks Chest?

Drinks Chest is a unique drinks wholesaler and retailer based in the UK. Our aim is to discover new and exiting products from around the world and deliver them straight to your door.

What are your trading times?

You can place an order on our website at any time. Our office opening times are 10am-5pm Monday to Thursday & 10am-4pm on Friday.

How can I contact you?

For general enquiries please visit our contact page.

How can I place an order?

Simply search our website for the product(s) you desire and then add it to your shopping cart. Once your cart contains all the products you wish to purchase follow the instructions at the checkout.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. We accept any size order. Orders over £200 will be granted free delivery*.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro.

Can I pay using American Express?

No. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express. Please visit our terms and conditions page for our accepted payment methods.

Can I pay using cheque?

No. Unfortunately we do not accept payments via cheque.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

Yes. You have 45 minutes after placing the order to make any amendments, email info@drinkschest.com with any changes you wish to make. After this point we cannot guarantee that the order hasn't been packed and shipped. If you wish to change your order after this point, you will be liable for initial and return delivery costs. 

Can I cancel my order once it’s been placed?

You have 45 minutes after placing the order to cancel your order, email info@drinkschest.com, for a full refund. After this point we cannot guarantee that the order hasn't been packed and shipped. If your order has already been dispatched you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the goods are received, but you will be liable for the initial and return delivery cost. How quickly will my delivery arrive?

All information regarding delivery is available on the delivery and returns page. Most UK mainland deliveries take 2-3 working days, elsewhere in the UK can take upto 5 working days. 

How much does postage and packaging cost?

Most UK Mainland addresses recieve a £4.99 (reduced from £7.50!!) shipping charge, however orders over £200 to these areas are delievered free of charge. For other parts of the UK shipping charges may vary. Find out more information on our delivery and returns page.

I have received a faulty/damaged product, what should I do?

All of our products are carefully packaged and secured for delivery. Unfortunately once the product has left our depot we are no longer in control of how they are handled. Please see our delivery and returns page for information on how to return products.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you have not recieved your order within 5 working days please email info@drinkschest.com or use the Contact From to get in touch - please provide your order number, date of order and any other details you deem relevant. We will investigate your order, address any issues and be back in touch as soon as possible. 

Can I send a message with my purchase?

Yes. There is a comments section at the checkout for any notes to Drinks Chest or the courier. We cannot guarentee that any messages will reach the courier or will be actioned.

What makes your products unique, rare and awesome?

Here at Drinks Chest we have searched the globe for new and exciting products. Our team regularly travel to new manufacturers throughout the world to find the best drinks for YOU.

Do you supply products in bulk or to UK businesses? 

Drinks Chest are UK importers of spirits, serving bars, restaurants and hotels across the country. Any of the products you find on this website, and more, can be bought at wholesale prices for customers buying in bulk or UK businesses. You can find out more by visiting our wholesale page. 

How do I make a complaint?

Customer service is very important to us. If you would like to make a complaint please get in touch with us using the contact form. We try to respond to all enquiries within 1 working day.

If I don’t find my answer here, how do I find help?

If you do not find an answer for your question here or on our ‘Terms and Conditions’ page, please get in touch using our contact form. We aim to respond to all of our enquiries within 24 working hours.
